SECTION 4-4-21

   § 4-4-21  Inspectors on roads andrailroads. – The director may appoint suitable and discreet persons, on or near the severalhighways, turnpike roads, railroads, and thoroughfares in the state, who shallinquire into all violations of this chapter and report those violations to thedirector.
