SECTION 4-4-22

   § 4-4-22  Sale of infected animals or milk.– Any person who sells or offers to sell any cattle or other domestic animals, orany part of these animals, known to him or her to be infected with anycontagious disease, or with any disease dangerous to the public health, or whosells or offers to sell any milk from any infected cattle or other domesticanimals, shall be fined not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or beimprisoned not exceeding two (2) years, or both, in the discretion of the court.
