SECTION 4-4-23

   § 4-4-23  Regulations for suppression ofdisease. – The director of environmental management may make all necessary regulations forthe prevention, treatment, cure, and extirpation of any disease, and any personwho fails to comply with any regulation made shall be fined not exceeding threehundred dollars ($300) or be imprisoned not exceeding one year.
