SECTION 4-4-27

   § 4-4-27  Certification of turtles as freeof salmonellosis required. – All turtles being sold in this state shall be certified by the seller as beingfree from salmonellosis. Any person knowingly violating this section shall uponconviction, be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than twohundred dollars ($200).
