SECTION 4-4-5

   § 4-4-5  Right of entry where diseasesuspected. – The director of the department of environmental management or the director'sduly authorized representatives, having reason to suspect the existence of anyof the diseases mentioned in this chapter upon any grounds or premises, arehereby authorized and empowered to enter upon those grounds or premises for theenforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
