SECTION 4-5-10

   § 4-5-10  Penalty for importation withoutpermit. – Any person, firm, corporation, or association shipping, transporting,importing, or driving any bovine animals into this state without firstobtaining an import permit or who fails to have any bovine animal which isbeing shipped, transported, imported, or driven into the state accompanied atall times with that permit shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars($500), or be imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
