SECTION 4-5-23

   § 4-5-23  Violations as totuberculosis-free areas. – Any person or any officer or agent of any corporation who violates anyprovision of §§ 4-5-20 – 4-5-22 or who hinders or obstructs thedirector of environmental management or any other authorized person in thedischarge of any duty imposed by the provisions of §§ 4-5-20 –4-5-22, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100)or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days or shall suffer both the fineand imprisonment for each offense, and for each animal transported into any ofthese areas contrary to the provisions of §§ 4-5-20 – 4-5-22 aseparate offense may be charged.
