SECTION 4-6.1-12

   § 4-6.1-12  Director of health to enforcethis chapter and chapter 2 of title 21 – Rules and regulations. – The director of health shall enforce this chapter and chapter 2 of title 21 andshall make any reasonable rules and regulations that he or she may deemnecessary which are not inconsistent with the provisions of those chapters forthe purpose of effectuating those provisions.
