   § 4-6.1-6  Director may take actionconcerning violations. – Whenever the director is satisfied that the farm of a Rhode Island producer orof an out-of-state producer is in violation of the terms and conditions of orthe standards required under this chapter and chapter 2 of title 21, he or shemay order that producer to discontinue the sale of and/or to discontinueoffering for sale any milk produced by that producer until he or she issatisfied that the producer is in compliance with the terms and provisions ofthis chapter and chapter 2 of title 21.
