SECTION 4-7-23

   § 4-7-23  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishedfor the first offense by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) andfor any subsequent offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars($100) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or by revocation of license fornot more than one year.
