SECTION 4-7-4

   § 4-7-4  Dealing without license. –Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of buying, selling, orexchanging livestock, except for slaughter within seventy-two (72) hours,without a license shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictionshall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
