§ 4-8-5 - Statements of defaulted claims against licensees.

SECTION 4-8-5

   § 4-8-5  Statements of defaulted claimsagainst licensees. – Upon default by the licensee in the payment of any money due for the purchaseof milk or cream, which payment is secured by the sworn financial statement orsurety provided for, the creditor may file with the director of environmentalmanagement, upon a form prescribed by him or her, a verified statement of hisor her claim. If the creditor has reduced the claim to judgment or shall beforethe commencement of the action by the director reduce the claim to judgment, acertified copy of the record of that judgment shall also be filed with thedirector. Statements may be filed at any time during the period of the licensefor purchases made during that period or within ninety (90) days from thetermination of that period.
