   § 4-8-9  Schedule of prices – Accountsof purchases. – Every proprietor of a milk gathering station shall post in a conspicuous placein his or her milk station, a schedule of the prices being paid for milk orcream, and shall keep a correct account of all the milk or cream daily receivedor purchased from each person at that milk station which account shall be opento inspection by any person selling or delivering milk or cream to thatproprietor.
