SECTION 4-9-9

   § 4-9-9  Penalty for violations of §4-9-8. – Any person, firm or corporation willfully and knowingly violating § 4-9-8is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine ofnot less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars($100), or by imprisonment for not less than one week nor more than six (6)months, or by both the fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
