SECTION 40.1-1-11
§ 40.1-1-11 Housing for traumaticallybrain injured persons. – The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall have fullauthority and jurisdiction over the construction and staffing of group homesfor traumatically brain injured persons; provided, however, the departmentshall consult with the Rhode Island chapter of the National Head InjuryFoundation regarding the construction and staffing of group homes.
