SECTION 40.1-1-14

   § 40.1-1-14  Transfer determination. –(a) The director of administration, with the approval of the governor, shallmake the conclusive determination of the number of positions, personnel,property, records, and appropriation balances, allocations, and other funds ofthe department of health to be transferred to the department of mental health,retardation, and hospitals in connection with the functions transferredthereunto by the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) Such further measures and dispositions as the director ofadministration, with the approval of the governor, shall deem necessary inorder to effectuate the transfer of functions provided in this chapter shall becarried out as the director of administration shall direct and by the agenciesthe director of administration shall designate.
