SECTION 40.1-1-17

   § 40.1-1-17  Law revision. – All general and public laws affected by this chapter shall be revised, amended,consolidated or conformed by the law revision office. Wherever in general andpublic laws reference is made to the functions of the department of healthwhich are transferred to the department of mental health, retardation, andhospitals, the law revision director shall proceed according to the provisionsset out in § 22-11-3.4.
