SECTION 40.1-1-6

   § 40.1-1-6  Offices of department. –The department of administration shall furnish the state department of mentalhealth, retardation, and hospitals offices in which to transact its businessand keep its records. Those offices shall be open for business each day of theyear except Sundays and legal holidays during such hours as may be prescribedby the director.
