SECTION 40.1-2-2

   § 40.1-2-2  Rules and regulations. –The department shall adopt, amend, promulgate, and enforce such rules andregulations as are deemed necessary to accomplish the purposes of §§40.1-2-1 – 40.1-2-5; provided, however, that all such rules andregulations shall be consistent with all applicable state and federal statutesand regulations governing third-party programs.
