SECTION 40.1-2-29

   § 40.1-2-29  Prohibition againstduplication of keys. – Every key for maximum security units of the several institutions under thecontrol of the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shallcontain embossed thereon the state seal with the words "do not duplicate," andwhoever reproduces or causes to be reproduced any such key without a writtenorder from the director of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall beguilty of a misdemeanor.
