SECTION 40.1-2-4

   § 40.1-2-4  Disclosure of information aboutpatient's estate. – Any bank or other custodian of assets or income which is part of any patient'sestate shall be required to disclose the existence, nature, and amount of suchassets and income upon written request of the department. The department shallnot disclose, directly or indirectly, any information so obtained, except asprovided in the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to § 40.1-2-2.
