SECTION 40.1-21-17

   § 40.1-21-17  Special restricted fund.– The fund for persons who are disabled is created as a special restrictedreceipt fund from the state treasury. The director may accept money from anysource for deposit into the fund. The money in the fund shall be used by thedepartment, subject to an appropriation, for the purpose of providing for thecare and treatment of low income, persons with disabilities, or low incomepersons otherwise eligible for department services, as defined by thedepartment.
