SECTION 40.1-21-2

   § 40.1-21-2  Division of developmentaldisabilities established. – There shall be established a division of developmental disabilities within thedepartment of mental health, retardation, and hospitals to carry out the intentand purposes of this chapter. There shall be an executive director of thedivision of developmental disabilities within the department who shall serve asthe chief executive of the division.
