SECTION 40.1-22-13

   § 40.1-22-13  Visits. – No public or private developmental disabilities facility shall restrict thevisiting of a client by anyone at any time of the day or night; however, inspecial circumstances when the client is ill or incapacitated and a visit wouldnot be in his or her best interest, visitation may be restricted temporarilyduring the illness or incapacity.
