§ 40.1-22-20 Exclusiveness of thischapter. – Where under any provision of any existing law, except in the case of a personheld under criminal process, any person coming within the definition of adevelopmentally disabled adult as defined in this chapter, shall have recourseto or be dealt with as provided in this chapter, exclusively.
