SECTION 40.1-22-27

   § 40.1-22-27  Disciplinary action againstemployee. – Any employee of any facility who shall deny to or withhold from any client anyright granted him or her by law shall, independently of the criminal sanctionsdescribed in § 40.1-22-26, be subject to such disciplinary action as thedirector of the facility shall see fit to impose, after notice, a hearing, anda finding of a violation of a right.
