SECTION 40.1-24.5-13

   § 40.1-24.5-13  Access to information.– The mental health advocate shall have access to the following information:

   (1) The names of all persons in community residences, and thedate admission began, unless the resident concerned specifically objects, inwriting, to the access at the time of admission.

   (2) All current records and files maintained by the communityresidence, pertaining to individualized service plans and notices of denials orlimitations of qualified rights defined in § 40.1-24.5-6, provided thatthe resident concerned gives written permission for the access.
