SECTION 40.1-24.5-16

   § 40.1-24.5-16  Immunity from liability asto reports under chapter. – Any person who makes a report pursuant to this chapter, or who testifies in anyadministrative or judicial proceeding arising from the report, shall be immunefrom any civil or criminal liability for making such a report or for testifyingexcept for liability for perjury, unless the person acted in bad faith or withmalicious purpose.
