SECTION 40.1-24.5-9

   § 40.1-24.5-9  Notification of mentalhealth advocate as to alleged violation of rights. – (a) The director will immediately notify the mental health advocate when aviolation of absolute rights under § 40.1-24.5-5 is alleged. Subsequent tooral notification the director will send to the mental health advocate a copyof the grievance form.

   (b) The director will notify the mental health advocate whena violation of qualified rights under § 40.1-24.5-6 is alleged by sendingto the advocate a copy of the grievance form.

   (c) The director will send to the mental health advocate acopy of all written resolutions for all grievances filed under §40.1-24.5-8.
