SECTION 40.1-24-10

   § 40.1-24-10  Time allowed for compliancewith new rules or standards. – Any facility which is in operation at the time of promulgation of anyapplicable rules or regulations or minimum standards under this chapter shallbe given a reasonable time, not to exceed one year from the date ofpromulgation of any applicable rules or regulations or minimum standards,within which to comply with the rules and regulations and minimum standards.
