SECTION 40.1-24-6

   § 40.1-24-6  Expiration and renewal oflicense. – A license, other than a provisional license, unless sooner suspended orrevoked, shall expire by limitation two (2) years from the date of issuance andmay be renewed after inspection, report, and approval by the department. Theinspection shall be made any time prior to the date of expiration of thelicense. The report shall contain information in such form as the departmentshall prescribe by regulation.
