SECTION 40.1-24-9

   § 40.1-24-9  Rules, regulations, andstandards. – The department shall adopt, amend, promulgate, and enforce such rules,regulations, and standards with respect to all facilities and programs licensedunder this chapter as may be designed to further the accomplishment of thepurposes of this chapter in promoting safe and adequate facilities and programsin the interest of public health, safety, and welfare.
