§ 40.1-25-3 - Penalties.
SECTION 40.1-25-3
§ 40.1-25-3 Penalties. – Any facility, which violates the requirements of this chapter, shall be guiltyof a misdemeanor for the violation, punishable by a fine of up to five hundreddollars ($500) and/or six (6) months in jail.
