SECTION 40.1-26-6.1

   § 40.1-26-6.1  Good faith immunity. –Any volunteer member of a human rights committee, acting in good faith andmeeting the requirements of this statute, shall have immunity from anyliability, civil or criminal, that might be incurred in the performance of hisor her duties as a volunteer member of a human rights committee and shall notbe made to answer in any court for his or her participation as a volunteermember of a human rights committee.
