§ 40.1-26-8 - Disqualification.
SECTION 40.1-26-8
§ 40.1-26-8 Disqualification. – A person convicted of any crime under this chapter shall be disqualified fromholding any position in any agency licensed by the department of mental health,retardation, and hospitals.
