   § 40.1-5.3-15  Disclosure of confidentialinformation and records. – Information or records compiled or obtained for the purposes of a person'shealth care shall remain confidential and may be disclosed only as required forcourt proceedings or as provided under the provisions of chapter 5 of thistitle.
