SECTION 40.1-5.3-5

   § 40.1-5.3-5  Expenses of examination.– All necessary expenses of an examination conducted under the provisions of§ 40.1-5.3-3 or 40.1-5.3-4 shall be paid by the general treasurer, uponrecommendation of the justice or judge who orders the examination.
