SECTION 40.1-5.4-11

   § 40.1-5.4-11  Rules and regulations.– The director of mental health, retardation, and hospitals, after consultationwith agencies and individuals knowledgeable about and concerned with personswith serious mental illness shall make and promulgate such rules andregulations pertaining to services for persons with serious mental illness asspecified in this chapter when the services are provided in whole or in part bythe use of state and/or federal funds earmarked for persons with serious mentalillness.
