SECTION 40.1-5.4-3
§ 40.1-5.4-3 Control and maintenance ofstate operated facilities. – The maintenance, management and control of state operated facilities forpersons with serious mental illness shall be the responsibility of thedepartment of mental health, retardation, and hospitals.
