   § 40.1-5-15  Staff of mental healthadvocate. – The mental health advocate may appoint such assistants as may be deemednecessary whose powers and duties shall be similar to those imposed upon themental health advocate by law and shall be performed under and by the adviceand direction of the mental health advocate.
