   § 40.1-5-20  Exemption from court fees orcharges. – Any client represented by the mental health advocate or his or her assistantsunder the provisions of this chapter shall not be required to pay any fees tothe district, superior, family, or supreme courts or the clerks thereof, or anyfees or charges for the services or travel of sheriffs or deputy sheriffs forserving any writ, citation, subpoena, or other process or for making copies ofthe writs.
