SECTION 40.1-5-31

   § 40.1-5-31  Maintenance of facilities.– Facilities under the jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the departmentshall be maintained, and services shall be provided for the care and treatmentof the mentally disabled of the state and for such other persons and relatedpurposes as shall be provided and authorized by law.
