SECTION 40.1-5-38

   § 40.1-5-38  Conspiracy to admit personimproperly. – Any person who knowingly and willfully conspires with any other personunlawfully to improperly cause to be admitted or certified to any facility, anyperson not covered by the provisions of this chapter, shall on convictiontherefor, be fined not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisonednot exceeding five (5) years at the discretion of the court.
