SECTION 40.1-5-40.2

   § 40.1-5-40.2  Immunity from liability forreporting patient abuse. – Any person, who, in good faith, makes a report pursuant to § 40.1-5-40.1,excluding any perpetrator or conspirator of the acts, shall have immunity fromany liability, civil or criminal, that might be incurred as a result of havingmade the report.
