SECTION 40.1-8.5-6

   § 40.1-8.5-6  Appropriation and allocationof matching grant funds. – (a) The state's appropriations for the department shall be sufficient toprovide matching grant funds as defined in this chapter.

   (b) Matching grant funds shall be allocated annually to eachboard by the department, in accordance with this chapter, and shall be based onthe plan and budget for the funding period submitted to the department by theboard and the matchable funds received and certified in its audit for the nextto last year preceding the funding year.
