SECTION 40-1-3

   § 40-1-3  Advisory committees to agencieswithin department. – The director of the department of human services shall be authorized to appointsuch advisory committees as he or she thinks appropriate to make suggestions toand to advise the various agencies within the department. The members of thecommittees shall serve without pay. The chairperson of each committee shall bedesignated by the director and shall sit ex-officio with the departmentadvisory committee.
