SECTION 40-1-4.1

   § 40-1-4.1  Name change. – The department of social and rehabilitative services is hereby renamed thedepartment of human services. Whenever in the general or public laws thereappears any reference to the department of social and rehabilitative services,such reference shall be construed to refer to the department of human services.
