SECTION 40-1-7

   § 40-1-7  Offices of department. – The department of administration shall furnish the state department of humanservices offices in which to transact its business and keep its records. Theoffices shall be open for business each day of the year except Sundays andlegal holidays during such hours as may be prescribed by the director.
