SECTION 40-11-4

   § 40-11-4  Immunity from liability. –Any person participating in good faith in making a report pursuant to thischapter shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, that mightotherwise be incurred or imposed. Any participant shall have the same immunitywith respect to participation in any judicial proceeding resulting from thereport.
