SECTION 40-14-4

   § 40-14-4  Eligibility. – Eligibility for loans from the fund shall be based upon need pursuant to rulesand regulations promulgated by the director. It is the intent of the generalassembly that loans from the fund be available to persons with disabilitieswhose personal financial resources are such that they cannot purchase theequipment directly without undue hardship.
